Go to Forms Manager ->Posting Forms then click “Add Form” button
Give the form a title
In the right you can see all the form elements, by clicking on one of them the field will
be added to the new form.
You can notice the settings of the field appearing beneath it.
Choose the fields you want in your form then click “publish”.
